Practitioner and teacher Lizzie Quaile has been studying Pilates for almost ten years to assist her management of a persistent lower back problem. She quickly discovered how consistently correct movements prevented further injury as well as developing her core strength, balance and concentration. Our Classical Pilates course is ideal for anyone looking to improve general fitness and wellbeing.
