It’s a new term and the perfect time to enrol on our brilliant Thursday evening Alignment Yoga course with Neil Bloodworth. Neil will work with you to focus on gentle movement with breathing techniques to complement traditional Yoga postures.

This approach is ideal for beginners to ease into their practice and encourages those with more time on the mat to slow down and apply subtle engagements, resulting in a richly rewarding and deeper yogic experience. Our class is also perfect for those who have an established yoga practice who might relish the opportunity to work at a gentle pace to really focus on each position and some gentle meditative space.

Don’t forget to bring along an exercise mat each week!
