Dance and stretch to great music such as Charleston, pop and Latin rhythms, learning some easy-to-follow dance routines over this 6 week course. New Prema leader Tricia Dunbar leads Dancercise; a sensational new movement course which is suitable for all abilities and ideal for anyone looking to improve their general fitness and wellbeing while having heaps of fun along the way!

Dancercise will help develop your flexibility, balance, coordination, and general fitness levels. It will also help maintain your mental agility and reduce stress levels. Most importantly though, it is brilliant fun and definitely “the happy way to get fit!”

All sessions end with some great stretches and relaxation to make sure you leave each week feeling invigorated, refreshed and buzzing with vitality

Bring along an exercise mat and dress code is all about comfy and non-restricting. Trainers or similar are suitable for the main movement session, though the mat work at the end can more enjoyable bare foot (optional). Also, please bring a water bottle – dancing can be a thirsty business!

Tricia has been in the dance fitness industry for many years and holds qualifications in teaching Exercise to Music, Zumba, Zumba gold and yoga…..
