Our Deep Slow Flow class is a gentle, nourishing practice which focuses on coordinating breath and movement and balancing effortful postures with opportunities to deeply relax and let go. Laurence Elliott from Yogasara is an experienced teacher who combines aspects of many different styles of yoga to help increase strength and mobility whilst learning to engage the breath in order to calm the mind and body. This class is ideal for beginners and perfect for those who want to continue exploring and understanding the basic principles of yoga. Mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own.

This class is ideal for improvers and returners who are looking to refine their technique with slightly more challenging and complex choreography to help you explore your physical ‘language’ and improve your overall fitness. This class introduces sequential choreography for technique and structure, whilst maintaining an emphasis on improvisation to allow you to move freely and organically. This class works as the perfect adjunct to our Adult Ballet class, or works just as well as a stand-alone course.

Kez teaches a range of explorative dance exercises which improve co-ordination, flexibility and musicality before moving on to embed their newly-honed skills into fantastically choreographed routines. This fun and energetic class provides the perfect stage for new dancers to learn how to express themselves through dance and is suitable for ages 6-10.
