Develop your balance, strength and improve posture throughout this fabulous six-week class in Mat Pilates with practitioner, enthusiast and  teacher Karen Keniry.

Learn the fundamental disciplines of Pilates in this calm and supportive environment, taking place in the beautiful, airy and naturally ventilated gallery at Prema.

Pilates is great for managing and preventing injury and has immeasurable benefits for helping improve mental wellbeing and assisting restful sleep. All exercises will be done either standing or lying down in our light, airy and ventilated gallery - we are adhering to the 2m distancing guidelines throughout this course.

This class is suitable for all abilities as Karen will demonstrate and adapt each exercise to your level.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring along an exercise mat. Ages 13+
