We're collaborating with our friends from The Pulse, Dursley, again this season to bring you another awesome Mat Pilates course. This time, it's a 12-week course (because you kept begging us for more!)

Develop your core strength, balance and concentration in our evening Pilates course to fortify the body through contained and simple exercises. Practitioner and amazing teacher Ange Gillingham places particular emphasis on posture, balance, strength and flexibility.

Great for managing and preventing injury as well as being ideal for anyone looking to improve general fitness and wellbeing.

Suitable for all abilities. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring an exercise mat to each session.
