A very welcome return to Prema for our Monday morning Nia, led each week by highly experienced and wonderfully inspiring practitioner Geri Timmins.
Nia offers a sustainable fitness and well-being practice quite like no other. Created 40 years ago, Nia combines a variety of engaging movement styles, routines, moves and music. The practice is designed to use the body in “the body’s own way” and is adaptable and entirely suitable for people of all ages, body shapes, ability and levels of experience.
Geri’s Monday morning sessions extend a friendly, non-judgmental and warm welcome to all. The hour-long class is just great for body & mind and a real tonic for your emotional well-being and the spirit with which you approach your daily life. Treat yourself each Monday morning so that you’re set-up and raring to go for the rest of the week!
