Welcome to our new Thursday evening yoga sessions with the amazing Karen Keniry. Over six weeks, you’ll be guided through a series of gentle movements to help promote flexibility, strength and inner peace. You really don’t need to be super-bendy, agile or buffed as Karen’s sessions are carefully designed to allow your body to lead the way. Our Hatha class will create harmony between the body and mind, balancing energies and bringing you back to wholeness. Wear clothes you can easily and comfortably move in and bring along an exercise mat too.
