We're delighted to welcome back our Thursday evening yoga sessions with the amazing Karen Crowcombe from the Great Life Project. Over 9 weeks, Karen will guide you through a series of gentle movements to help promote flexibility, strength and inner peace.

You really don’t need to be super-fit, agile or buffed as Karen’s sessions are carefully designed to allow your body to lead the way. Our Hatha class will create harmony between the body and mind, balancing energies and bringing you back to wholeness.

The class takes place in Prema’s light and airy upstairs studio – a peaceful environment surrounded by exquisite art exhibitions to enhance your experience!

Wear clothes you can easily and comfortably move in and bring along an exercise mat too.
