Sena Shah
Free entry
We’re delighted to introduce you to the work of artist Sena Shah in his first exhibition outside London.
He has pioneered a distinctive way of merging felt fabric with a paper thin reflective material (mirrors) that enables the art to change as the viewer sees it from left to right - creating a lenticular effect. The best way to fully appreciate the magic is to see the art in person so be sure to catch it within the Vestry Café gallery this autumn.

Sketch Out - Portrait Special
£8 • Friends £6
This year has been somewhat precarious for outdoor events and we figured that now we’re in November it’s going to be pretty chilly to venture out and so we’re bringing Sketch Out back indoors for the coldest months.
Artist Rose-Marie M-J leads this morning’s session which allows you to work at your own pace with helpful support and warm encouragement.
Today is all about drawing people; and more specifically focusing on portraits. We’ll have a model sitting for the 90 minute session and so you’ll be able to take your time. We’ll start with some loose sketches and easy mark-making before honing your study to bring out the facial features and attempting to bring the emotion behind the face into your drawing.
