At Prema we strive to offer something rather different by way of performance and live music. We have a particular interest in edgy, funny theatre which uses both physicality and stunning visuals to tell a story in a remarkable and engaging way.

We warmly welcome families to attend both music and theatre here at the arts centre. We suggest minimum ages for shows and sometimes offer a family deal ticket for theatre events to make a memorable evening out all the more affordable.

A family ticket is for 2 adults and 2 kids (or equivalent)

You told us that you'd prefer it if our performance and live gigs were just a bit earlier and so now all evening performances start at 7.30pm.

We want to reward you for booking early and the tickets booked and paid for in advance are discounted. Please note that at a minute past midnight on the day of the show only "on the day" tickets are available. Please be sure to book in good time so that you can take advantage of the discounted ticket prices.

 

We’re taking things slowly until we find our feet and until you’re feeling properly confident getting out and about again. We’ve programmed just a handful of events and will be capping numbers of available tickets to ensure that there’s ample space within our auditorium for folks to spread out. When the weather permits we’ll be opening the windows to allow for natural ventilation of the space and when it’s chillier outside we’ll be re-configuring our seating plans so that our audience members are able to keep distance from one another.

We’re keeping everything crossed that the virus continues its retreat and that we can look forward to Prema’s live programme continuing to gather momentum and increasing in number of promoted events.
