Join Catherine Forrester for an introduction to gentle yoga and mindfulness.

These practices can be a great support for physical and mental health; together we will gently address stress and tension and find our way towards greater ease in body and mind. No experience necessary and everyone is welcome.

This session will also be available to attend online via Zoom, for those who prefer to practice at home. 

Equipment: please bring your own yoga mat, at least one blanket, and a bed pillow.
