Join Catherine Forrester for an hour of mindful movement, breath and rest for pregnancy. Postures will address common pregnancy discomforts and prepare your body for birth and are suitable for pregnant parents from 13 weeks. This class is also a wonderful opportunity to connect with other local expectant parents; we begin the class with 10 minutes of sharing with each other about your week and supporting each other through the ups and downs of pregnancy.

This class runs over 6 weeks (with the option to book a drop in place each week if you prefer).
