Join Catherine Forrester for an hour of mindful movement, breath and rest on a Sunday morning. The class in gentle, relaxed and accessible. Everyone is welcome - no experience of yoga is necessary. If you have any concerns about suitability or would like Catherine to be aware of any injuries, medical conditions or other considerations please contact us before the class. Taking place in the beautiful Prema Gallery you will be able to find quiet and calm surrounded by stunning views and the exhibition.
