Writing for Wellbeing

This past year has brought many challenges but finding ways to support our own wellbeing has become more important than ever. This evening come and explore how creative writing techniques and methods can be a way to help support emotional wellbeing.
Led by Sarah Erskine this workshop can help you unlock and encourage your creativity by exploring and experimenting with writing in a safe, playful and interactive way. The course will develop your self-confidence, enable you to discover your writing voice and inspire you to express yourself through your writing.
From recognising personal strengths and potential, identifying personal conflicts that may be helped by writing. This workshop will be informal and fun in atmosphere and provides a safe and supportive environment where you can experiment and try new things. Open to all abilities and tailored to your unique interests and experience.
