Here’s to another season working in partnership with with our friends from The Pulse, Dursley, with another awesome Mat Pilates course led by the inimitable (and ever-fabulous) Ange Gillingham.

Over ten weeks, develop your core strength, balance and concentration in our evening course which helps to fortify the body through contained and simple exercises. Practitioner and inpirational instructor Ange places particular emphasis on posture, balance, strength and flexibility.

Great for managing and preventing injury as well as being ideal for anyone looking to improve general fitness and wellbeing. Suitable for all abilities.

Be sure to wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring an exercise mat to each session.
